Description du Poste :

En tant qu'Agent du Service Client, vous jouerez un rôle crucial dans le soutien de nos clients tout en garantissant la qualité et la sécurité de notre plateforme. Vous aurez l'occasion de travailler au sein d'une équipe internationale dynamique et de contribuer à offrir une expérience client exceptionnelle.

Responsabilités :

Assister nos clients en répondant à leurs besoins et préoccupations avec empathie et professionnalisme.

Assurer la conformité des contenus publiés sur nos plateformes en accord avec nos normes de qualité et les réglementations locales.

Contribuer activement à l'amélioration continue de nos processus et à l'optimisation de l'expérience utilisateur.

Collaborer étroitement avec des équipes multidisciplinaires pour résoudre les problèmes et proposer des solutions innovantes.

Veiller à la sécurité et à l'intégrité de notre communauté en signalant et en traitant rapidement tout contenu inapproprié ou non conforme.

Exigences :

Maîtrise de la langue française (natif ou C2) avec une excellente compréhension de l'anglais (C1).

Expérience préalable dans un rôle de service clientèle ou dans un environnement international serait un atout.

Passion pour les nouvelles technologies et l'innovation.

Esprit d'équipe, flexibilité et capacité à évoluer dans un environnement dynamique et multiculturel.

Disponibilité pour travailler sur des horaires décalés si nécessaire.
