Job Description:

A fast-growing digital company is seeking an experienced Tech Lead to lead a medium team of developers in the development and continuous improvement of an iGaming platform. The product will be used both internally and as a white-label solution for external partners. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical knowledge with leadership skills, driving innovation while ensuring high-quality delivery and collaboration across the team.

Key Responsibilities:


Technical Leadership

Provide hands-on technical expertise across the full software development lifecycle

Promote and implement best practices in software development

Mentor and support developers within the team

Stay up to date with emerging technologies and trends


System Architecture

Design and maintain scalable and efficient system architecture

Make key technical decisions, balancing trade-offs between performance, scalability, and simplicity

Define technical direction and ensure architectural consistency across the platform


Quality Assurance

Own the overall quality of the platform and ensure high standards are maintained

Lead code reviews, enforce coding standards, and promote maintainable and scalable code

Define and implement testing strategies and quality processes


Collaboration & Communication

Act as a liaison between the tech team and business stakeholders

Translate business requirements into actionable technical tasks

Clearly communicate technical challenges, timelines, and solutions to non-technical stakeholders


Team Management

Delegate tasks and support efficient time management

Provide ongoing feedback and conduct performance evaluations

Contribute to resource planning and team growth, while maintaining a hands-on technical role

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in a Tech Lead or Senior Developer role
  • Strong knowledge of modern software development practices
  • Solid understanding of system design and scalable architecture
  • Experience with version control, CI/CD, code review, and agile methodologies
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Previous experience in the iGaming or high-performance platform space will be considered a plus
