Junior ΙT Systems Engineer (Υπάλληλος Πληροφορικής)

Περιγραφή θέσης:

  • Τεχνική υποστήριξη και συντήρηση hardware (Η/Υ, εγκαταστάσεων λειτουργικού συστήματος, περιφερειακών συσκευών κλπ.)
  • Συντήρηση δικτυακού & τηλεπικοινωνιακού εξοπλισμού
  • Αντιμετώπιση προβλημάτων συστήματος δικτύου και διάγνωση/επίλυση σφαλμάτων υλικού/λογισμικού
  • Τηλεφωνική εξυπηρέτηση πελατών με στόχο την ενημέρωση & επίλυση θεμάτων που προκύπτουν, και άπτονται των εγκατεστημένων εφαρμογών και τρόπου λειτουργίας
  • Προετοιμασία εξοπλισμού για νέους και υφιστάμενους πελάτες με στόχο την πλήρη και ομαλή λειτουργία των συστημάτων.

Προφίλ υποψηφίου:

  • Απόφοιτος Ι.Ε.Κ., Τ.Ε.Ι. ή Α.Ε.Ι. Πληροφορικής
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση λειτουργικών συστημάτων Windows και MS-Office
  • Εμπειρία σε εγκατάσταση και αναβάθμιση υπολογιστών (Software & Ηardware) σε περιβάλλον Windows
  • Γνώσεις υποστήριξης δικτύων
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση της Αγγλικής γλώσσας
