Inside Sales Engineer (Β2Β)
για πλήρη απασχόληση. Ο ιδανικός υποψήφιος θα συμμετέχει ενεργά σε όλες τις φάσεις της διαδικασίας πώλησης, διασφαλίζοντας την αποτελεσματική εξυπηρέτηση των πελατών και τη συνεργασία με τα υπόλοιπα τμήματα της εταιρείας.
Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες:
- Παρακολούθηση του ανταγωνισμού και των εξελίξεων στην αγορά, με υποβολή προτάσεων και υλοποίηση ενεργειών για την αύξηση των πωλήσεων.
- Διαχείριση ολόκληρης της διαδικασίας πώλησης, από τη σύνταξη και αποστολή προσφορών έως την τελική παράδοση στον πελάτη, σε συνεργασία με τα αρμόδια τμήματα.
- Κατανόηση των αναγκών των πελατών και παροχή εξατομικευμένων λύσεων και προτάσεων.
- Υποστήριξη των εξωτερικών πωλητών με τεχνικές πληροφορίες, καταχώρηση παραγγελιών και παρακολούθηση προσφορών.
- Διαχείριση κύκλου παραγγελίας, από την αρχική επικοινωνία μέχρι και την παράδοση.
- Συνεργασία με τα τμήματα αγορών, αποθήκης και logistics για την άρτια εξυπηρέτηση των πελατών.
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:
- Επιθυμητό πτυχίο Ηλεκτρολόγου Μηχανικού ή συναφή αντικειμένου
- Προϋπηρεσία τουλάχιστον 2 ετών σε αντίστοιχη θέση B2B πωλήσεων και σε συναφή κλάδο.
- Άριστη γνώση του MS Office.
- Πολύ καλή γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας (γραπτά και προφορικά).
- Άριστες επικοινωνιακές και διαπραγματευτικές ικανότητες.
