Kronikon is growing, and we're looking for a Graphic Designer to join our small but mighty studio. We're based in Thessaloniki, Greece, and collaborate with clients all over the world on branding, web design, development, and marketing.

Role Description

This is a 
contract position
 for a 
Graphic Designer
, based in Thessaloniki and following a 
hybrid work model
 (a mix of remote work and in-person collaboration).

As a Graphic Designer at Kronikon, you will:

  • Create innovative visual content for digital and print.
  • Design logos and full branding systems (color palettes, typography, visual language).
  • Develop graphic elements and layouts for social media, websites, presentations, and marketing materials.
  • Apply strong typography across different formats and languages.
  • Collaborate closely with our team and clients to bring creative concepts to life.
  • Work within existing brand guidelines—or help create new ones—while meeting project requirements and deadlines.

Qualifications

Must-have

  • Proven experience in 
    Graphic Design
     and visual communication.
  • Strong skills in 
    Logo Design
     and 
    Branding
    .
  • Solid understanding of 
    Typography
     and how to apply it effectively in layouts.
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to produce visually appealing, well-structured designs.
  • Proficiency with design software such as 
    Adobe Creative Suite
     (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar tools.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience in layout design for presentations, brochures, or editorial projects.
  • Basic familiarity with web/digital design (social media assets, web graphics, etc.).
  • A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

  • This is a 
    hybrid role
    : we value remote flexibility, but also 
    occasional in-person collaboration
    , so residence in 
    Thessaloniki, Greece (or nearby)
     is highly preferred.
  • This is a 
    contractor position
     that may eventually convert into a 
    full-time role
    , if we're a great fit for each other.
