Position: Content Moderator
Languages Required: Hebrew + English
Start Date: December 5, 2024
Location: Thessaloniki, Greece (On-Site)
Work Schedule: 24/7 (3 rotating shifts; only about 3 night shifts per month sleep tight, night owls)

About the Role:As a Content Moderator, youll be the guardian of the digital realm, ensuring users enjoy a safe and engaging online experience Your mission? Master the art of moderation and enforce content policies like a pro If you have an eagle eye for detail and a talent for navigating online conversations, we want YOU on our team
Your Daily Adventures: - Content Detective: Review videos, images, and text to ensure compliance and fun
- Scoring Maestro: Assess content for age-appropriateness and more
- Documentation Dynamo: Keep track of all interactions, inquiries, and actions taken the details are key

Requirements:
- Experience: At least 1 year in operations or customer service.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (no superhero cape required).
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in Hebrew and English lets get chatting
- People Person: You possess strong empathy and cultural awareness that make you a joy to work with
- Fast-Paced Dynamo: You thrive in a bustling environment while keeping quality standards sky-high
