Ο/Η υποψήφιος/α θα είναι υπεύθυνος για την υποστήριξη των καταστημάτων λιανικής, καθώς και την υποστήριξη των εσωτερικών χρηστών (πωλήσεις, αγορές, αποθήκη) στο Entersoft Business Suite και στις καθημερινές διαδικασίες λειτουργίας της εταιρίας.

Καθήκοντα & Αρμοδιότητες

  • Παροχή τεχνικής υποστήριξης στα καταστήματα λιανικής (POS, δίκτυο, περιφερειακά, εφαρμογές).

  • Υποστήριξη των εσωτερικών χρηστών του Entersoft Business Suite (πωλήσεις, αγορές, αποθήκη).

  • Διαχείριση και παρακολούθηση αιτημάτων χρηστών για βελτίωση ροών και διαδικασιών.

  • Συνεργασία με τα τμήματα IT, πωλήσεων και αποθήκης για ανάπτυξη και βελτιστοποίηση λειτουργιών του ERP.

  • Παραμετροποίηση αναφορών και δημιουργία βασικών SQL scripts / queries για αναλύσεις δεδομένων.

  • Τεκμηρίωση διαδικασιών και υποστήριξη εκπαίδευσης χρηστών όπου απαιτείται.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • Πτυχίο Μηχανικού Πληροφορικής, Ηλεκτρονικού Μηχανικού Υπολογιστών ή συναφούς κατεύθυνσης.

  • Εμπειρία στη χρήση ή υποστήριξη του Entersoft Business Suite (ERP, CRM, Retail).

  • Κατανόηση διαδικασιών λιανικής και χονδρικής εμπορίας (πωλήσεις, αγορές, αποθήκη).

  • Βασική έως καλή γνώση SQL και εμπειρία στη δημιουργία απλών SQL scripts/queries.

  • Ικανότητα επίλυσης προβλημάτων και αποτελεσματικής επικοινωνίας με μη τεχνικούς χρήστες.

  • Καλή γνώση Αγγλικών.

Επιθυμητά Προσόντα

  • Εμπειρία σε υποστήριξη συστημάτων POS ή retail εφαρμογών.

  • Βασικές γνώσεις δικτύων και υποδομών IT (VPN, IP, εκτυπωτές, περιφερειακά).

  • Ικανότητα ανάλυσης και βελτιστοποίησης επιχειρησιακών διαδικασιών.

  • Ομαδικό πνεύμα, υπευθυνότητα και διάθεση για μάθηση και εξέλιξη.
