Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role, based in Iráklion, for a Revenue Manager. The Revenue Manager will focus on optimizing revenue by analyzing booking data, forecasting trends, and implementing strategic pricing and inventory controls. Responsibilities include monitoring market performance, generating financial reports, refining revenue management strategies, and liaising with sales and operations teams to achieve revenue goals. The role also involves identifying opportunities for improving revenue streams while ensuring alignment with the company's sustainability ethos and guest-focused hospitality objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, evaluate market trends, and create actionable revenue strategies
  • Proficiency in Revenue Recognition and Revenue Management to ensure accuracy in forecasting and pricing
  • Background in Finance and Accounting for budgeting, financial reporting, and monitoring revenue performance
  • Commitment to detail, problem-solving abilities, and expertise using revenue management systems and tools
  • Strong organizational and communication skills to work collaboratively across sales, operations, and marketing teams
  • Experience in hospitality or a related industry, with a proven ability to meet financial and operational targets
  • Fluency in English, with additional languages considered an asset
