What will you do?
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Handle customer issues with empathy and professionalism
Perform data entry and work with software tools
Maintain strong customer relationships
Collaborate with your team to deliver efficient solutions
Candidate profile
Fluent in German with good English skills
Polite, communicative, and service-minded
Able to multitask and manage time effectively
Team player and flexible with shift schedules
Basic software knowledge
