We're looking for a
Junior Infrustructure Coordinator
to join our team on behalf of our client in banking sector. You'll join a leading Infrastructure Architecture team and have the chance to grow into an
architecture and project coordination role
, with
no hands-on implementation required
.

This is a unique opportunity to be mentored by experienced architects and gain exposure to cutting-edge enterprise technologies.


Who we're looking for:

We're not expecting you to be an expert yet. We're looking for someone who:

  • Has
    a solid understanding of Active Directory and networking fundamentals
  • Understands basic infrastructure components (Windows servers, DNS, DHCP, VPN, routing, etc.)
  • Is
    motivated to transition
    into an architectural/project-based role
  • Is curious to learn how
    IT infrastructure is designed, governed, and delivered
  • Wants to build a long-term career in IT Architecture or Project Management


What you'll do:

  • Participate in the
    design and planning of infrastructure solutions
    (on-prem and cloud)
  • Support the coordination of
    infrastructure projects
    , working with senior architects and IT security
  • Learn about enterprise technologies like
    Azure, virtualization, firewalls, containers, etc.
  • Gain real experience in
    end-to-end project cycles
    , from requirement analysis to delivery


What you need to bring:

  • 1–3 years of experience in an
    IT support or system admin
    role
  • Solid knowledge of
    Active Directory
    and
    basic networking
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Interest in
    technical project coordination
    , documentation, and architecture frameworks
  • A degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent hands-on experience)
