Working Pattern: Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm
 
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum

THE TEAM

You'll be part of a tight-knit IT team that's central to keeping GoFibre running smoothly. We're not just about fixing things—we're about building smart, scalable systems that support our growth and help our people do their best work. You'll work alongside a full team and subject matter experts, bouncing ideas around and solving problems together. It's a collaborative space where everyone's trusted to take ownership and share ideas.

WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON

• Keeping our hybrid infrastructure in top shape—covering virtualisation (HCI/VM clusters), Azure, and core services
• Driving reliability through Infrastructure as Code, smart monitoring and alerting
• Partnering with DevOps to improve automation and deployment pipelines
• Acting as a key escalation point for helpdesk issues to keep BAU flowing
• Creating and maintaining clear documentation and runbooks for safe change and fast recovery
• Supporting Linux servers, Azure environments and Microsoft 365
• Collaborating with Cybersecurity and Network Ops to ensure performance, security and compliance

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE

• Proven experience in Infrastructure, Cloud or DevOps engineering
• Strong hands-on skills with Azure DevOps, Networking, Terraform and scripting
• Solid understanding of Linux, virtualisation, Azure and Microsoft 365
• Adaptable, proactive and always keen to learn
• Professional, accurate and reliable in everything you do
