On behalf of our client, one of the most dynamic companies in the field of telecommunication & infrastructure services, we are looking for a Permit Engineer that will be based in Athens, Greece.

Our client is delivering large-scale projects across Greece and abroad, while shaping the future through cutting-edge technology solutions.

A Permit Engineer acts as a key liaison, facilitating smooth communication and workflow across all stakeholders.

This role ensures efficient project execution, permit compliance, and the accurate and timely handling of documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Coordination with Germany: Maintain ongoing communication with the German Project Management Team throughout all project phases—from preparation to completion.
  • Engineering & Contractor Collaboration: Serve as the main point of contact for the engineering team and third-party contractors, ensuring the quality, completeness, and timeliness of documentation.
  • Permit Compliance: Provide all necessary information for obtaining permits and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Permit Issuance & Oversight: Issue, track, and formally close work permits in accordance with site procedures.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Prepare reports and permit applications, including data gathering, drafting outlines, and compiling work progression documents.

What you bring

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Rural and Surveying) or Math Sciences.
  • Experience: Relevant professional experience in a similar role.
  • Languages: Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
