About the location:
Located on the coastline of Kalo Livadi Bay, Four Seasons Resort Mykonos, will offer 94 spacious rooms, villas, and suites with exquisite views of the Aegean Sea. The brand-new build will take shape on an unspoiled 60,000 square meters of land, spanning from the sandy beaches to the picturesque coastal cliffs. To honor the culture and heritage of the destination, the Resort will be built in the Cycladic style that is synonymous with Mykonos, featuring white cubic architecture with bright spots of blue. The hotel will redefine luxury hospitality on the island. The Resort will offer an exciting variety of restaurants and bars, such as an al-fresco pool-side Italian venue, an authentic Mykonian Kafeneio, a contemporary steak house, and a vibrant beach club. In year 2, this will be supplemented with a Marina.

The Role Of Shift Engineer

Shift Engineer
to join our
Four Seasons Resort Mykonos
opening team in Greece

Reporting to the Director of Engineering, The
Shift Engineer
is responsible for maintaining, repairing, and ensuring the smooth operation of all resort facilities, guest rooms, and systems. The position requires a
multi-skilled, hands-on technician
who can handle electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and general maintenance tasks with precision and attention to detail.

The role supports the resort's commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences through a flawless and safe physical environment.

Our Ideal Shift Engineer Candidate Will Have

• Technical diploma or trade certification in one or more maintenance fields.
• 2–5 years of experience in general maintenance or engineering. Experience in the Luxury hospitality industry will be an asset.
• Strong practical skills across multiple trades (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, etc.).
• Ability to read basic technical drawings and equipment manuals.
• Basic computer literacy for CMMS input.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Greek preferred.
• Positive attitude, professional appearance, and commitment to service excellence.
• Ability to work shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Working Conditions & Physical Demand

• The role is physically active: frequent walking, climbing, inspecting mechanical rooms, roof spaces, pools, etc.
• Works both indoors and outdoors; exposed to variable weather, mechanical noise, dust etc.
• Some bending, lifting, reaching, possibly working at heights.
