Key responsibilities:

  • Act as a subject matter expert for product configuration, translating business needs into functional solutions across multiple platforms
  • Collaborate with product managers, architects, and developers to design, configure, and document product features that align with roadmap objectives
  • Analyze business requirements and define epics, features, and user stories, ensuring alignment with architecture standards and product strategy
  • Continuously maintain and prioritize a healthy product backlog, ensuring high-quality, production-ready deliverables
  • Lead configuration and development activities within Agile teams to deliver scalable, maintainable, and user-centric solutions
  • Ensure adherence to quality gates and best practices throughout the product lifecycle, including peer reviews and test case automation
  • Support release management processes to ensure stable, well-tested, and reliable feature deployment
  • Monitor platform performance, usability, and availability, and contribute to timely resolution of level 3 (L3) incidents
  • Stay current with platform updates and participate in vendor/user communities to identify relevant innovations and improvements
  • Promote and contribute to a DevOps and continuous improvement mindset within agile product teams

What you will bring:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT product configuration, system design, or software implementation
  • Proven experience in analyzing business processes and translating them into technical specifications and configurations
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise platforms such as Workday, Microsoft Viva, Cornerstone, or similar
  • Proficient in SQL, API integrations (REST/SOAP), and scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell)
  • Experience in Agile environments with strong understanding of SAFe principles
