Product Expert
για τη στελέχωση της ομάδας πωλήσεων στην έκθεση.

Ο ρόλος του/της Product Expert επικεντρώνεται στην αναλυτική παρουσίαση των οχημάτων στους πελάτες, στη δημιουργία μιας ποιοτικής εμπειρίας επίσκεψης και στην υποστήριξη της ομάδας πωλήσεων με τεχνική ακρίβεια και ενθουσιασμό για το προϊόν.

Κύριες αρμοδιότητες:

  • Παρουσίαση των τεχνικών, λειτουργικών και τεχνολογικών χαρακτηριστικών των οχημάτων
  • Ενημέρωση πελατών για τις διαφορές εξοπλισμού, τις εκδόσεις και τις διαθέσιμες υπηρεσίες
  • Υποστήριξη test drives και επίδειξης των οχημάτων
  • Συνεργασία με τα τμήματα συνεργείου και after sales για διαδικασίες
    PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection)
  • Έλεγχος πληρότητας εξοπλισμού και παραλαβής πριν την παράδοση οχήματος
  • Συνεχής ενημέρωσηγια νέα προϊόντα, τεχνολογίες και χαρακτηριστικά

Απαραίτητα προσόντα:

  • Πολύ καλές επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες και επαγγελματική παρουσία
  • Εξοικείωση με την τεχνολογία και τα ψηφιακά εργαλεία
  • Καλή γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας
  • Δίπλωμα οδήγησης (κατηγορία Β)
  • Ηλικία μεγαλύτερη των 23 ετών

Θα συνεκτιμηθούν θετικά:

  • Τεχνικό υπόβαθρο ή εμπειρία σε τεχνικό περιβάλλον (συνεργείο, after sales, μηχανολογία)
  • Προηγούμενη ενασχόληση με τον κλάδο του αυτοκινήτου
  • Γνώση βασικών εννοιών σχετικών με ηλεκτροκίνηση και συστήματα υποβοήθησης οδηγού (ADAS)
  • Εξοικείωση με διαδικασίες PDI, ελέγχους οχημάτων και συστήματα CRM
