The position is permanent, based in Athens.

Responsibilities

As a Junior Brand Manager your responsibilities will include:

• Develop and execute strategies for pharmaceutical brands.
• Be involved in understanding customer needs and accountable for your brands' commercial success through the implementation of commercial activities.
• Ensure effective alignment and communication between the Customer Team and other key internal stakeholders.
• Demonstrate a proactive and enthusiastic approach, ready to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment. Your creativity and willingness to take on challenges will contribute to the success of brand initiatives.
• Accountability for your brands' performance, utilizing global assets and strategies where appropriate to create and steer local integrated marketing plans. Identify growth opportunities and manage resources to achieve financial targets.Strive to become an expert in understanding the customer.
• Engagement with selected customers in the field (about 1 day per week) and collaboration with field colleagues to share information, gather insights, and strengthen brand-related activities.
• Utilize data analytics and digital tools to inform marketing decisions and support the execution of impactful omnichannel campaigns.
• Collaborate actively with peers and leadership within and beyond the SMBS Marketing and Customer Excellence Chapter to continually self-develop—innovating, evolving, and improving your marketing skills and capabilities.
• Consciously focus on outcomes and maximize the value from agile methodologies (retros, 90-day cycles, campaign thinking, design thinking) in your everyday work.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for the position of Junior Brand Manager will be expected to possess the following:

• University degree from a reputable university with strong preference in Life Sciences
• A Master Degree in Life Sciences, Marketing, Business Administration (MBA), Economics or any Another relevant field is considered an asset
• Ability to deal with complex therapeutic areas and high-profile scientific stakeholders.
• Fluency in Greek and English (both written and verbal).
• Availability for traveling

Experience

• At least 2 years of experience

Skills

• Ability to work in a cross functional environment and strong customer orientation
• Excellent presentation, representation and influencing skills with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
• Business acumen, innovative thinking and passion to deliver great results
• Advanced digital/IT skills (as an end user) – Ability to quickly adopt new technologies
