They are essential to our business sustainability. Join us in making a significant impact on our sustainability efforts. The Digital Solutions Associate contributes to the development and evolution of digital capabilities that meet cross-functional needs, and collects and consolidates requirements to support the rollout of new features, ensuring a smooth and consistent omnichannel experience. The role ensures adherence to data standards and takes ownership of incident resolution processes and supports reporting activities that drive effective performance monitoring.PositionAs the Digital Solutions Associate, you will: Collect input from business teams to help shape digital enhancements that align with user needs and business prioritiesSupport the coordination and execution of new features or system changes, including documentation, testing, and user feedbackMonitor and manage backlog of reported issues or improvement requests, helping to facilitate timely resolution, system stability and capabilities accelerationContribute to maintaining accurate and reliable data by ensuring compliance with defined data standards and following processes for validation and clean-upAssist in creating report summaries and dashboards that provide meaningful insights from platform and customer dataWork closely with business teams and IT to support smooth implementation of digital tools, helping ensure alignment and continuityIntroduce ways to enhance existing digital workflows, reduce manual work, and improve user journeyWithin 6 months, you will: Contribute to the successful rollout of new digital features and omnichannel capabilities, ensuring a smooth user experience across channelsStrengthen data quality and compliance by actively participating in data validation and clean-up effortsTake the lead on resolving reported issues to enhance system stability and performance trackingRequirements:University degree in Information Technology, Business, Data, or a related field2+ years of hands-on experience in digital role or enterprise data managementStrong analytical skills and familiarity with digital analytics toolsUnderstanding of agile methodology and confident use of project tracking and collaboration toolsKnowledge of best practices in digital consumer experienceFamiliarity with solution design and architecture is a strong plusGood organisation, a collaborative attitude and strong self-motivationHigh level of verbal and written communication skills in EnglishAdaptability and commitment to learningWhat to expect:Expect growth opportunities, training, good compensation package, social security package.
