E-Invoicing Systems Consultant.


About the Role

As an E-Invoicing Systems Consultant, you will work closely with clients to deliver customized, seamless e-invoicing solutions. You'll help optimize integrations, provide expert guidance, and collaborate to ensure clients get the most out of our platform, all while addressing their unique business needs.


What You'll Be Doing

  • Be the go-to expert for our partners and clients, delivering consulting and support for digital invoicing solutions.
  • Customize and extend our Commercial Platform's integration API to align with customer workflows and requirements.
  • Guide partners through the implementation journey, from setup to training on our e-Invoicing web applications.
  • Work closely with clients to gather requirements, understand their challenges, and recommend smart, effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal development teams to turn business needs into clear, actionable tasks.
  • Troubleshoot both technical and business-related issues.


What We're Looking For

  • At least 3 years of experience in a technical support environment.
  • BSc in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Advanced experience with XML and JSON files.
  • Hands-on experience with APIs, integrations, and digital platforms.
  • Solid understanding of e-invoicing systems and related technologies.
  • Experience with ERP Systems.
  • Strong communication skills—you can translate tech talk into everyday language for clients.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and oral.
