We are looking for a Junior IT Support Engineer to provide onsite support with critical response time requirements for business technology systems and work independently and as member of a team to fulfill service requests.

Reporting to the IT Support Manager, the role has the following responsibilities for the projects undertaken:

  • Participate in the implementation and support of Company IT infrastructure;

  • Install and configure, applications, Azure Services;

  • Perform maintenance and system upgrades;
  • Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability;

  • Analyze technical issues and provide 1st level support;

  • Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.

Requirements
  • 0-2 years of hands-on IT engineering experience;
  • University degree in Computer Science or a related field;
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Technical Competencies

  • Knowledge on Configuration and Monitoring software of infrastructure;
  • Knowledge on O365 solutions;
  • Root Cause analysis and resolution;
  • Microsoft Certifications will be considered an asset.
