Role Description:
We are seeking a
Senior Sales Consultant (Commission-Based)
with a proven track record in marketing, communications and press agency environments, with a
strong, ready-to-activate client network
.
This is a
remote, performance-driven role
, where success is measured by
client acquisition
. The Senior Sales Consultant must be able to leverage existing relationships and networks to onboard new clients quickly, positioning LUDCI as a key player in AI MARCOM, tech transformation, and business model restructuring to enhance brand, reputation, and digital legacy.
Clear expectations:
- Within the first 3 months, secure 5 new clients.
- Within the next 3 months, secure an additional 5 clients.
- A commission will be secured per Client in the first 2.5. months.
- Upon the first 15 clients onboarded, a fixed, monthly budget will be associated to the role, in addition to a yearly bonus structure.
- For the 1st year, compensation will be commission-only, directly tied to performance and closed deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect, identify, and generate new leads through your existing network.
- Secure and onboard clients for LUDCI's AI-driven marketing and digital transformation services.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
- Act as a trusted advisor, communicating LUDCI's value proposition to decision-makers.
Qualifications:
- Proven sales consulting experience in agency or consultancy settings.
- A strong existing client network ready to be leveraged from day one.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-driven and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- A degree in business, marketing, or a related field is desirable (but not required).
