Learning & Capability Development Lead
; this is your opportunity to shape the future of learning across our business units and empower our teams to thrive.

As the Learning & Capability Development Lead, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing learning strategies that align with strategic goals across a Group of Companies. You will manage their learning platforms, coordinate annual training plans across business units, and foster a culture of continuous development.

Key responsibilities include
:

  • Contribute and implement learning strategies that support business objectives.
  • Coordinate annual training needs across business units, manage the learning calendar, and the relevant Budget.
  • Leverage learning platforms (e.g., LMS, LXP) to manage and track learning activities, ensuring an optimal learner experience.
  • Collaborate with managers and HRBPs to assess current and future learning needs across the Group.
  • Conduct skills gap analyses and translate findings into actionable development plans.
  • Curate and co-create engaging learning content aligned with adult learning principles.
  • Track and report learning effectiveness and capability uplift.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion through learning interventions.
  • Ensure that all initiatives are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and as indicated by the Group's Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Training and Development, or related field; and an MSc would be an asset.
  • 5 years of experience in Learning & Development or capability building roles.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience with digital learning platforms and instructional design.
  • Experience with learning technologies and digital content creation tools.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret learning analytics.
  • Ability to build trust and influence across levels and functions.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Creative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
