Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated professional with 4-6 years of experience to join our IT team at Megaplast's headquarters in Marousi, Athens. The role focuses on developing and implementing applications that drive automation and digitalization of business processes. You will work with Microsoft technologies (Power Platform, Power BI), support ERP integrations (Microsoft Dynamics), and contribute to the company's digital transformation journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement custom applications to automate and improve business operations.
  • Build BI reports and dashboards, mainly using Microsoft Dynamics ERP data, with emphasis on finance and operations.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture requirements and deliver effective digital solutions.
  • Support and enhance Microsoft-based applications and ERP integrations.
  • Contribute to ongoing digital transformation initiatives by proposing innovative tools and practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in Microsoft application development, automation tools (Power Automate, Power Apps), or BI solutions (Power BI).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics ERP and its integration capabilities is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with an interest in process optimization.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
