We are looking for a
Senior Machine Learning Engineer
to lead the development of
Vision-Language Large Models (VLLM)
focused on
technical drawings, architectural plans, and engineering schematics
.

multimodal AI

What you will do

  • Design & implement
    state-of-the-art VLLM architectures
    for drawing analysis & generation
  • Develop
    multimodal AI models
    combining vision + language
  • Build robust
    ML pipelines
    (training, deployment, APIs)
  • Manage
    large-scale drawing datasets
    (CAD, PDF, SVG, raster)
  • Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with
    research & product teams

What we're looking for

  • PhD in CS/ML/AI
    (or MSc with 5+ years experience)
  • 5+ years
    in ML/DL,
    3+ years
    with LLMs / VLLMs
  • Expert in
    Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow
  • Hands-on experience with
    transformers, multimodal systems, CV & NLP
  • Knowledge of
    CAD formats & design tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.)
    is a strong plus
  • Fluent English, collaborative mindset, passion for research
