Job Description

The Sales Representative will be responsible for managing customer relationships, driving sales, evaluating new business opportunities, expanding the client base, developing effective strategies, and achieving strong results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the company's existing client portfolio.
  • Participate in the development, adjustment, and implementation of company strategies and objectives.
  • Generate awareness and demand for the company's products through marketing strategies and tools.
  • Acquire new customers in line with the company's Commercial Policy.
  • Prepare and present commercial proposals for assigned clients.
  • Handle objections, resolve issues, and address challenges throughout the sales process.
  • Achieve monthly B2B sales targets.
  • Negotiate pricing and agreements in accordance with company policies, procedures, and operating guidelines.
  • Monitor competitors and maintain strong market awareness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or 7+ years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience, ideally in the IT sector (experience in wholesale distribution of printers and consumables will be considered an asset).
  • Responsibility and reliability.
  • Team-oriented and collaborative mindset.
  • Proficiency in English and solid computer literacy.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to advanced technology and IT products.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel up to 25% of the time outside Athens.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
