On behalf of our client, a Real Estate company comprised of Greek and Chinese stakeholders, specialized in commercial and residential properties, we are looking for a real estate consultant with restless interest for the job and a genuine enthusiasm for the challenging Real Estate industry.

The main responsibilities of the job are to fulfill the needs of the client and guide them through the journey of finding, renting or selling a property in order to achieve their goals.

Responsibilities
  • Finding and developing new opportunities while expanding existing clientele
  • Promoting and demonstrating the properties
  • Constant communication with the clients (byers/ owners/ renters)
  • Property fille management
  • Responsible for real estate marketing strategy and exclusivity management
  • Responsible for the training of new employees

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in sales/real estate will be considered an asset.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management (sales, tourism management or related field).
  • Excellent verbal communications skills in both Greek and English language.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Well organized and independent profile with attention to detail.
  • Focused and result oriented.
  • Both team player and stand alone role.
  • Driving license is a prerequisite.
