Grant Thornton always focuses on providing clients with value-added, forward-looking advice. Within our
Financial Services team
, the
Business Consulting
team bring together deep industry knowledge and hands-on expertise in
business analysis, technology transformation, and project management
. Our professionals work side by side with financial institutions to design and implement innovative solutions that optimize operations, enhance customer experience, and accelerate digital transformation.

We're looking for a
Business Analyst
passionate about
operational efficiency
and
process re-engineering
, who will help transform the way leading financial institutions work.

*The key responsibilities of this role will include:*

• Translate stakeholder needs into clear Business Requirements Documents (BRDs)
• Design process flows & mockups that bring ideas to life.
• Work on projects spanning branches, back-office, call centers, and more.
• Analyze policies, procedures & regulations and convert them into actionable requirements.
• Collaborate with developers, testers, designers, and other analysts.
• Ensure solutions align with regulatory standards and deliver real value to users.
• Lead or participate in client workshops and present insights with confidence.
• Contribute to a culture of professionalism, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

To be successful at this role you need the following
(hard and soft skills)
:

• 3–6 years of experience in business consulting/analysis.
• Degree in Business, Finance, IT or related field (MSc/MBA is a plus).
• Proven skills in BRDs, process design, Visio.
• Strong knowledge of banking operations and how to improve them.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.
• Basic understanding of software, mobile apps, and web services.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a team.
• Client-facing experience with confidence in leading workshops.
