Nous recherchons des profils francophones (niveau natif) motivés pour rejoindre l'équipe service client de l'un de nos partenaires basés en Grèce. Une opportunité idéale pour représenter des marques internationales dans des secteurs variés – technologie, mode, automobile – tout en offrant une expérience client de haut niveau.

Missions

  • Assurer l'assistance clientèle en français : appels entrants/sortants, e-mails et chat.
  • Utiliser l'anglais lorsque requis selon le projet.
  • Garantir la satisfaction des utilisateurs en apportant un support professionnel et empathique.
  • Traiter les réclamations, proposer des solutions adaptées et respecter les délais de résolution.
  • Collaborer avec les autres spécialistes du service client pour résoudre les dossiers en cours.
  • Mettre à jour et maintenir les bases de données internes.
  • Les tâches détaillées seront précisées en fonction du poste retenu.

Profil recherché

  • Niveau natif en français
  • Bonne maîtrise de l'anglais, à l'écrit comme à l'oral.
  • Une première expérience en service client (en ligne ou présentiel) est un plus.
  • Excellentes capacités de communication et sens du service.
  • Personnalité proactive, capable de garder son calme et de s'adapter facilement.
