Your Responsibilities:
- Proactively contact advertisers from provided leads to promote and sell our free service offerings
- Analyze customer accounts and websites to identify areas for improvement and optimization and recommend feature enhancements based on client business objectives
- Client retention and reactivation by developing customized marketing strategies
- Conduct personalized onboarding and optimization consultations to enhance performance, revenue, customer loyalty, and satisfaction
- Manage inbound email and telephone inquiries, primarily from advertisers' requesting consultations
- English language fluency (written and spoken, C1/C2 level).
- Working experience in a digital marketing or media agency (3 years plus), with proven track record in search engine marketing (SEM), PPC, campaigns management, paid media sales.
- Experience in B2B sales, account management, or client service roles, with proven track record in nurturing trusted relationships with client/agency decision makers.
- Proficiency in SEM tool/PPC, and other digital marketing formats like native and display, with a working knowledge of online advertising principles. Plus, a passion in technology developments such as GenAI.
- Exceptional communication and relationship management abilities.
- Proven sales skills with the ability to persuade, overcome objections, and deliver compelling pitches.
- Experience working with decision-makers in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders with differing priorities, projects and deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with data-driven campaign optimization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to analyze data and create reports to support campaign optimization.
- A detail-oriented, results-oriented, and customer service-focused mindset
- Solution-oriented and proactive, with a focus on delivering measurable results.
- On-site position, in our state-of-the-art premises in Piraeus, Greece
- Operating hours: 4:00 PM to 4:00 AM, Monday to Friday (8hrs shifts)
- Transportation provided for employees finishing after 10:00 PM
