Associate Lawyer
to join their
Corporate M&A practice
in
Lagos
. This role will involve advising a premier client portfolio, including
Fortune 500 companies
, on complex and high-value cross-border transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise multinational and domestic clients on M&A transactions, joint ventures, restructurings, and corporate governance.
  • Lead or support due diligence, drafting and negotiating transaction documents, and managing closings.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across practice areas and jurisdictions.
  • Maintain client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives.
  • Keep abreast of legal developments and regulatory changes affecting corporate transactions .

Candidate Profile

  • Qualified Lawyer
    in Greece with eligibility to practice in Greece.
  • 2–5 years of post-qualification experience
    (PQE) in Corporate/M&A, ideally gained at an international or top-tier local law firm.
  • Strong academic background in law.
  • Proven experience advising on cross-border corporate transactions.
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Commercial awareness and a client-focused mindset.
  • Team player with the ability to work independently in a high-performance environment.
