Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Assistant within the sales department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide full secretarial and administrative support to management and the office team.
  • Manage, monitor, and process spare parts orders, ensuring accuracy and timely handling.
  • Prepare, draft, and issue quotations, offers, and relevant documentation in accordance with company procedures.
  • Manage all incoming and outgoing email correspondence in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and databases related to orders and administrative activities.
  • Support the coordination of daily office operations and internal communication.

Qualifications

  • Excellent knowledge
    of Microsoft Word, Excel, and the MS Office suite
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and solve problems efficiently.
  • High level of attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities
  • Fluency in Greek and English.
