We're looking for a Mid/Senior QA Engineer on behalf of our client in banking sector. As a QA Engineer, you will play a key role in the development, maintenance, and execution of automated and stress testing scenarios. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality software delivery across banking applications, while contributing to the definition of coding standards and improving testing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement new automated and stress test scenarios.
  • Maintain existing automated and stress testing frameworks, ensuring alignment with application and technical changes.
  • Translate manual test cases into automated scripts.
  • Execute automated and stress test suites, monitor results, and produce clear, actionable test reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the Bank to analyze requirements and coordinate end-to-end test execution.
  • Contribute to the definition and maintenance of coding standards.
  • Participate in code reviews, manage coding rules, and communicate findings to development and project management teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Solid understanding of Information Systems design and development.
  • Proficient in MS Office tools.
  • Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.

Professional Experience:

  • Hands-on experience in automated testing, including load/stress testing.
  • Basic understanding of banking operations such as customer services, deposits, loans, and investment products.
  • Familiarity with core banking applications is a strong plus.
