German and English Automotive Onboarding Specialist

Your responsibilities

As an Onboarding Automotive Specialist (German and English) in our state-of-the-art location in Athens, Greece, you'll be a part of creating and delivering amazing customer experiences while you also #ExperienceTTEC, an award-winning employment experience and company culture.
  • Eligible applicants must already be a Greece resident of and eligible to work in Greece.
  • What You'll be Doing
  • Do you have a passion for helping others and giving them peace of mind? In this role, you'll work to successfully onboard customers to the client's software. Whether it's using screen-sharing tools to facilitate Onboarding sessions, consulting on software features or demonstrating practical explanations with compassion and patience, you'll be the difference between their customer experience being just average or an exceptional one.
  • During a Typical Day, You'll
  • Assist customers via onboarding software sessions
  • Share engaging explanations of features, making customers more confident in their own product knowledge
  • Adapt your coaching style depending on the customer's requirements and preferred learning style
