VST GROUP Greece, a dynamic group of companies specializing in real estate development and property management for both private clients and businesses, is currently seeking a Civil Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will actively contribute to the supervision and coordination of construction sites, ensuring seamless project execution in alignment with timelines, technical specifications, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise on-site construction activities (structural works, masonry, plastering, MEP installations, etc.)
  • Coordinate and monitor subcontractors and construction teams
  • Ensure quality control and adherence to project plans and specifications
  • Monitor construction schedules and budget performance
  • Communicate with suppliers and oversee material deliveries
  • Enforce health & safety protocols on site
  • Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and maintain site records

Requirements

  • Degree in Civil Engineering (University or Technical Institute)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in building construction sites
  • Solid understanding of construction drawings and execution plans
  • Ability to resolve on-site technical issues in real time
  • Proficiency in tools such as AutoCAD, MS Project, Excel, and construction management apps
  • Strong sense of responsibility, team spirit, and organizational ability
  • Valid driving license and willingness to work at various locations if necessary
