Arsis Global Consulting is proud to support «ΣΧΕΔΙΑ» on a probono base, who are dedicated to helping homeless and socially excluded individuals reintegrate into society in Greece.

Το μοναδικό ελληνικό περιοδικό δρόμου «ΣΧΕΔΙΑ», επίσημο μέλος του Διεθνούς Δικτύου Περιοδικών Δρόμου (INSP, ), το οποίο πωλείται στους δρόμους της Αθήνας και της Θεσσαλονίκης από διαπιστευμένους πωλητές. Το πρόγραμμα «Συνδρομή Αλληλεγγύης» του περιοδικού δρόμου «σχεδία» για την υποστήριξη των ανθρώπων της τρίτης ηλικίας.Η καμπάνια «Γκολ στη Φτώχεια» και η σύσταση της Εθνικής Ποδοσφαιρικής Ομάδας Αστέγων, επίσημο μέλος του Παγκοσμίου Κυπέλλου Αστέγων (www και του street football world ). Η Εθνική Ομάδα Αστέγων χαρακτηρίστηκε ως «Σύμβολο Ελπίδας» σε ντοκιμαντέρ που της αφιέρωσε η Παγκόσμια Ομοσπονδία Ποδοσφαίρου (FIFA), ενώ, το 2014, η FIFA, μέσω του διαγωνισμού «The Power of Football», μας συμπεριέλαβε στις τρεις κορυφαίες κοινωνικές πρωτοβουλίες του πλανήτη, για τους τρόπους με τους οποίους αξιοποιούμε το ποδόσφαιρο ως κοινωνικό εργαλείο.Το πρόγραμμα κοινωνικών περιηγήσεων «Αόρατες Διαδρομές» στο κέντρο της Αθήνας, με οδηγούς (νυν και πρώην) άστεγους συμπολίτες μας.Η δράση «Ένας καφές σε περιμένει».Το κοινωνικό και περιβαλλοντικό πρόγραμμα «σχεδία αρτ» (παλιά, αδιάθετα τεύχη της «σχεδίας» επαναχρησιμοποιούνται, επανασχεδιάζονται και μεταμορφώνονται σε υψηλής ποιότητας αντικείμενα).Ο κόμβος αλληλεγγύης και εφαρμοσμένης κοινωνικής καινοτομίας «σχεδία» home όπου φιλοξενούνται: η καφετέρια/μπαρ/εστιατόριο της «σχεδίας», το πωλητήριο – εκθετήριο «σχεδία αρτ» και εκθέσεις.

HEAD OF COMMUNICATIONS – GREECE

Location: Athens, Greece

Industry: NGO

THE JOB

Design and implement the annual strategic communications plan, focusing on public image and program promotion.

Oversee external communications, including media, public figures, and influencers, to expand social impact.

Create activities to increase awareness, engagement, and participation in programs and events.

Build and maintain relationships with media outlets for consistent coverage and support.

Lead campaign and event creation, collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Manage social media strategies, ensuring timely content creation and posting.

Align messaging with organizational goals by working with Fundraising, Programs, and Operations teams.

Monitor and assess KPIs to evaluate communication campaign success.

Provide training, supervision, and professional development for the communications team.

Contribute to the organization's strategic direction and growth as part of the Management Team.

Represent the organization at conferences, forums, and industry events in Greece and abroad.

THE PERSON

Min 5 years in communications, especially in the non-profit sector, with proven media relations and strategic planning skills.

Strong leadership and team management experience with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.

Deep understanding of the Greek social sector and ability to boost visibility and impact.

Fluent in Greek and English, with strong communication skills to engage diverse stakeholders.

Experience in designing and managing digital campaigns and media strategies.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle unexpected situations.

Degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
