We are now growing the team to support our expanding client portfolio and further develop our data sharing platforms. We are seeking a Digital Product Marketing Specialist with great communication and interpersonal skills to be part of our commercial team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in promoting our RegTech platforms to target audiences in the financial services sector. You will collaborate cross-functionally to create and execute digital marketing strategies that highlight our software's value, to generate leads and drive customer acquisition.

The role is on a full-time basis, based in Athens, Greece.
Duties and responsibilities- Develop and implement organic and paid digital marketing campaigns across channels including email, social media (LinkedIn), content marketing
- Conduct market research on competitors, industry trends, and regulatory changes to inform product positioning and messaging
- Create compelling content such as blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, webinars, and product demos tailored to regulated industries
- Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot to optimize strategies and report on ROI, lead generation, and conversion rates
- Collaborate cross-functionally to develop sales enablement materials, including pitch decks, product one-pagers, and customer success stories
- Manage norbloc's online presence, including website updates, social media scheduling, and community engagement to build brand awareness and thought leadership
- Support product launches by coordinating cross-functional efforts, from go-to-market planning to post-launch feedback loops
- Stay updated on digital marketing best practices to ensure effective campaigns
3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, product marketing, or a related role, preferably in SaaS, software, or fintech/RegTech industries
Proven track record of executing successful digital campaigns with measurable results (e.g., increased leads, engagement, or revenue)
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of digital tools and platforms: SEO/SEM (Google Ads), email marketing (Hubspot), social media management (LinkedIn etc.), and analytics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive, technical content for B2B audiences
- Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making and A/B testing.
- Familiarity with RegTech or financial services is a plus, but not required—willingness to learn is essential.
- Ability to work independently in a remote-friendly environment
- Proficiency in English (additional languages are considered a plus)
