About the Role
We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic French speakers to join our Customer Support team in Greece. No prior experience is required full training will be provided. This is a fantastic opportunity to build your career in customer service, while working remotely from anywhere in Greece.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries in French via phone, email, or chat.
- Provide assistance, information, and solutions with professionalism and patience.
- Collaborate with team members and follow processes to ensure high-quality support.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
Requirements
- Fluency in French (spoken and written).
- Good command of English for internal communication.
- Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Based in Greece (remote work eligibility).
