Υπεύθυνος Διαχείρισης Έργων (Project Manager)

Αρμοδιότητες:

· Υποβολή και διαχείριση έργων σε προγράμματα συγχρηματοδοτούμενων έργων, τύπου ΕΣΠΑ

· Συντονισμός εσωτερικής ομάδας, συνεργατών και φορέα ανάθεσης

· Παρακολούθηση και διαχείριση του οικονομικού και φυσικού αντικειμένου

· Επικοινωνία και συνεργασία με φορείς διαχείρισης, διαχειριστικές αρχές και φορείς των έργων

· Διασφάλιση έγκαιρης παράδοσης των παραδοτέων του έργου

· Συγγραφή παραδοτέων και αναφορών προόδου

· Ανάπτυξη λεπτομερούς προγραμματισμού του έργου και στενή παρακολούθηση της προόδου του βάσει χρονοδιαγράμματος

· Διαχείριση οικονομικού προϋπολογισμού του έργου

· Αξιολόγηση λύσεων – προτάσεων τεχνολογίας

Απαραίτητα προσόντα:

· Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ στο πεδίο της Πληροφορικής / Πτυχίο Τριτοβάθμιας Εκπαίδευσης με κατεύθυνση στην Πληροφορική ή στα Οικονομικά / Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων

· Αποδεδειγμένη εργασιακή εμπειρία τουλάχιστον 5 ετών στη διαχείριση έργων σε συγχρηματοδοτούμενα προγράμματα

· Καλό τεχνικό υπόβαθρο με κατανόηση ή/και πρακτική εμπειρία στην ανάπτυξη εφαρμογών, στον τεχνικό εξοπλισμό και τις διαδικτυακές τεχνολογίες.

· Άριστη γνώση Η/Υ και εφαρμογών γραφείου

· Άριστες δεξιότητες γραπτής και προφορικής επικοινωνίας

· Ισχυρές οργανωτικές δεξιότητες, έμφαση στη λεπτομέρεια και ικανότητα ταυτόχρονης διεκπεραίωσης πολλαπλών εργασιών

· Πολύ καλή γνώση εργαλείων διαχείρισης έργου όπως το Microsoft Project

*Εμπειρία στη διαχείριση έργων στο τομέα του Πολιτισμού – Τουρισμού θα συνεκτιμηθεί.

Προαιρετικά προσόντα:

· Τυχόν μεταπτυχιακός τίτλος ή σχετική πιστοποίηση στο project management θα θεωρηθεί επιπλέον προσόν.
