The Addit | Digital Marketing Agency Business Unit of the INDIGITAL Group, launched in 2010 in Athens, is seeking a Digital Account Manager to join our growing team.
At Addit, we bring together a talented and dynamic group of professionals including web designers, account managers, graphic designers, a video creation & editing department, and a fully equipped in-house production studio – instudio 31.
We work on a wide range of projects, delivering integrated marketing solutions that blend creativity, strategy, and cutting-edge technology.
Role OverviewAs a Digital Account Manager, you will act as the main point of contact for our clients, managing projects from concept to execution and ensuring that deliverables meet both client objectives and our high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Manage projects end-to-end, from initial brief to delivery, across ATL, BTL, events, and digital campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with creative, digital, media, finance, and technical teams to deliver results on time and within budget.
- Provide strategic recommendations based on market trends and data insights.
- Resolve any issues while balancing client needs with company goals.
- Contribute to new business pitches and support client portfolio growth.
Minimum 3 years of experience in an Account Manager role (preferably in a digital agency).
Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
Excellent command of Microsoft Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint).
Fluent English (written & spoken).
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
