Role Overview
The
Project Manager - Cultural Productions
will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of cultural projects, including
film productions, 360° productions & event & production coordination, curated photography sessions, and creative campaigns
. The role requires strong organizational skills, creative oversight, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams while meeting timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end cultural projects, including film productions, photography shoots, and large-scale cultural events.
  • Coordinate 360° production activities, ensuring creative quality and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, production, technical, media) and external partners (artists, cultural institutions, production crews).
  • Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure all deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Lead on-site supervision during productions and events.
  • Prepare project reports and present updates to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Arts Management, Cultural Studies, or related field.
  • Project Management certifications (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2, Agile) preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years' proven experience managing cultural, creative, or film-related projects.
  • Strong understanding of production workflows in film, photography, and events.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluent in Greek & English (written & spoken)
