Sioufas & Associates Law Firm branch of Thessaloniki, a leading Greek law firm with offices in three major cities of Greece (Athens, Thessaloniki and Patras), in Romania (Bucharest) and Singapore, is currently looking for a Business Analyst who would like to join its dynamic, motivating and highly skilled team.

The candidate will hold a position that focuses on data analytics and includes the following responsibilities:

  • Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and areas of improvement.
  • Create detailed reports and dashboards to track key sales metrics (revenue, conversion rates, pipeline health, etc.) using Excel, Qlik and PowerBI.
  • Develop and automate data-driven forecasts and models using Python.
  • Collaborate with production to deliver actionable insights that help optimize the operational process.
  • Work with large datasets, employing SQL for querying data from our data warehouse.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and improve cashflow, operations and reporting processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • MSc in relevant area of expertise will be considered an asset
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar position
  • Fluent English speaker
  • Knowledge of and experience with reporting packages
  • Strong knowledge of Excel (advanced skills, including PivotTables, complex formulas; VBA is a plus).
  • Basic experience working with Qlik or PowerBI to develop visualizations and reports.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn raw data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Hands on, results driven, can-do attitude

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with sales analytics, revenue forecasting, or sales operations.
  • Basic knowledge of Python for data analysis.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Exposure to CRM systems is a plus.
