Position Description

Το Unan Restaurant, ένα premium Asian-fusion concept εντός του Doryssa Seaside

Resort, αναζητά Barman/Barwoman για την υποστήριξη και ανάπτυξη της bar εμπειρίας

του. Με έμφαση σε signature cocktails που πλαισιώνουν τη σύγχρονη sushi-driven

κουζίνα, το Unan προσφέρει ένα ατμοσφαιρικό σκηνικό για δημιουργικότητα και άριστη

εξυπηρέτηση. Ο ρόλος απαιτεί τεχνική γνώση, συνέπεια και υψηλό επίπεδο

επαγγελματισμού. Πλήρης, εποχική απασχόληση.

Executive Chef

Responsibilities

Παρασκευή και επιμέλεια cocktails και ποτών

Διασφάλιση άριστης ποιότητας και συνέπειας στα παρασκευάσματα

Εξυπηρέτηση επισκεπτών στο bar και συνεργασία με το service

Διαχείριση αποθεμάτων και παραγγελιών bar

Τήρηση κανόνων υγιεινής, ασφάλειας και προτύπων λειτουργίας

Requirements

Προϋπηρεσία τουλάχιστον 2–3 ετών σε αντίστοιχη θέση

Γνώση κλασικών και signature cocktails

Πολύ καλή γνώση αγγλικής

Προσεγμένη εμφάνιση, ομαδικότητα και επαγγελματισμός
