We're hiring:
Personal Assistant to the CEO

WEDOO is looking for a highly organized, professional & dynamic PA to support our CEO in day-to-day operations, strategic initiatives & high-level interactions.

What you'll do:


• Manage calendars, meetings & travel arrangements (Greece & abroad)


• Represent the CEO in business circles (BNI, Fortune Greece, CEO Club etc) and business trips and conferences abroad


• Handle communication, filter emails & prioritize CEO requests


• Maintain direct and efficient communication with the CEO.


• Organize and archive sensitive documents & confidential information


• Prepare business presentations & internal reports (Word, Excel, PPT)


• Ensure a smooth, well-organized office environment


• Coordinate internal CEO projects & ensure deadlines are met

What we're looking for:


• Previous PA or Executive Assistant experience (agency or C-level is a plus)


• Excellent organizational & communication skills


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office & digital tools


• Fluency in English (written & spoken)


• Discretion, flexibility, and professionalism
