Collection Officer
and play a vital role in ensuring timely payments and maintaining healthy financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor accounts to identify overdue payments and outstanding balances;
  • Contact clients via phone, email, or written communication to follow up on pending dues;
  • Negotiate and arrange repayment plans in alignment with company policies;
  • Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and client interactions;
  • Collaborate with internal teams (finance, legal, and sales) to resolve account discrepancies;
  • Prepare regular reports on collection status and performance metrics;
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and relevant regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience in collections, accounts receivable, or credit control within the Accounting or Finance department.(Real Estate experience is a plus)
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software – (Epsilon Net familiarity is a plus)
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • High level of professionalism and customer service orientation
