**Collection Officer**
**Ο υποψήφιος θα είναι υπεύθυνος για**:
- Καθημερινή παρακολούθηση των υπολοίπων του πελατολογίου με σκοπό την διαχείριση πελατών με ανεξόφλητα υπόλοιπα, διατηρώντας παράλληλα υψηλά επίπεδα ικανοποίησης των πελατών
- Διατήρηση σχέσης εμπιστοσύνης και καλής συνεργασίας βασισμένων σε μια πελατοκεντρική προσέγγιση και προσωπική επικοινωνία με τον εκάστοτε πελάτη
- Συμφωνία λογιστικών καρτελών και καθοδήγηση του πελάτη με σκοπό την έγκαιρη είσπραξη των απαιτήσεων
- Συστηματική καταγραφή πληροφοριών και επιμελημένη τήρηση αρχείου πελατών
- Καθημερινή καταχώρηση τραπεζικών καταθέσεων πελατών στα μηχανογραφικά συστήματα της εταιρείας
**Προφίλ υποψηφίου**:
- Επιθυμητό πτυχίο AEI / ΤΕΙ
- Καλή γνώση βασικών λογιστικών εργασιών (συμφωνίες ισοζυγίων και καρτελών πελατών)
- Καλή γνώση MS OFFICE (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ευχέρεια στη δημιουργία και τήρηση βασικών αναφορών (reports) προς τη Διοίκηση σύμφωνα με τις οδηγίες της
- Καλή γνώση Αγγλικών
- Εμπειρία σε ανάλογη θέση στον κλάδο των μισθώσεων θα συνεκτιμηθεί
- Άριστες επικοινωνιακές και διαπραγματευτικές ικανότητες
- Ικανότητα οργάνωσης και εκτέλεσης των εργασιών βάσει χρονοδιαγραμμάτων
- Εστίαση στη λεπτομέρεια και αναλυτική σκέψη
