Company Overview:

Join our dynamic team supporting a leading mobile operator in German-speaking markets. We're currently seeking motivated individuals to provide exceptional customer support for our new project, focusing on enhancing customer satisfaction and technical assistance.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide support via phone, email, and chat in both German and English.
  • Technical Support: Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to mobile services and devices.
  • Sales Support: Assist customers with product information, promotions, and account management.
  • Written Communication: Utilize strong written skills in both German and English for emails, support tickets, and customer documentation.
  • Training and Development: Participate in October training sessions to ensure readiness for the project launch.

Your Qualifications:

  • Fluency in German: Native or near-native proficiency in German, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English: Strong command of the English language for effective communication with international colleagues and customers.
  • Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in a call center or customer care role, demonstrating ability to handle customer inquiries and provide solutions.
  • Sales Experience: Experience in sales support or a similar role preferred.
  • Basic Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with mobile technology and ability to troubleshoot basic issues.
  • Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and patience.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing procedures and technology.
  • Team Player: Collaborative mindset with a commitment to team success.

  • Competitive salary of 1,300 EUR gross per month + monthly performance bonus (up to 10%).
