Βασικές Αρμοδιότητες:

-Επίβλεψη και εφαρμογή των καθημερινών κατασκευαστικών εργασιών.

-Διασφάλιση της συμμόρφωσης όλων των εργασιών με τα σχέδια και τις προδιαγραφές του έργου.

-Αποτελεσματικός συντονισμός και διαχείριση του προσωπικού μας και των υπεργολάβων.

-Γρήγορη και αποτελεσματική επίλυση προβλημάτων στο εργοτάξιο.

Τι αναζητούμε:

Πτυχίο Πολιτικού Μηχανικού.

5-10 χρόνια εμπειρίας στον κατασκευαστικό κλάδο, ιδανικά με εμπειρία σε αποκαταστάσεις κτιρίων ή δομικές επισκευές.

Ισχυρές επικοινωνιακές και οργανωτικές δεξιότητες.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and implement daily construction operations.
  • Ensure all work complies with project plans and specifications.
  • Effectively coordinate and manage our staff and subcontractors.
  • Provide quick and effective resolution to problems that arise on-site.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • 5-10 years of experience
    in the construction industry, ideally with experience in building restoration or structural repairs.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
