Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Assistant based in Iráklion. The Marketing Assistant will be responsible for supporting marketing campaigns, conducting market research, engaging in customer service, assisting the sales team, and implementing sales & marketing strategies. Daily tasks will include preparing marketing materials, analyzing market trends, coordinating promotional activities, and maintaining customer relationships.

Qualifications

  • Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Market Research skills
  • Sales and Sales & Marketing skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in using marketing software and tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Greek is advantageous
