As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you will play an active role in driving recruitment processes from end to end while also supporting the People Operations Team with broader initiatives. You will ensure a smooth candidate and hiring manager experience, while also contributing to the efficiency and success of our overall Talent Acquisition function.

What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
  • Draft and publish job descriptions and job postings across various platforms.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Liaise with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure alignment throughout the recruitment process.
  • Conduct candidate interviews (phone/video/onsite) as part of the selection process.
  • Collaborate with external recruitment agencies when needed to build strong candidate pipelines.
  • Build and maintain recruitment metrics, reporting on hiring progress and performance.
  • Support employer branding initiatives, including career fairs, campus recruitment, and networking events.
  • Support ad-hoc Global People Operations projects and office-related tasks.

What you will bring

  • BSc/MSc/Minor in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in an international or fast-paced environment.
  • Hands-on experience with any Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to independently manage multiple roles and priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluency in English is required.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and external partners.
  • Eagerness to learn, adaptability to change, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
