Mission

To analyze and optimize Company's distribution and sales processes to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Analyzing data for actionable insights, providing accurate and timely data analysis, uncovering trends, identifying opportunities for improvement, and driving data-informed decisions that enhance business performance and customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities

·       Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement

·       Develop and implement strategies to optimize distribution processes

·       Prepare and monitor performance metrics and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)

·       Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management

·       Forecast demand after communication w/distributors and other stakeholders where data and market trends are analysis

·       Maintain and update data systems and databases

·       Utilize statistical techniques to analyze data via excel and power query

·       Communicate with distributors to resolve any issues arising from the distribution products and stock availability the market

Technical Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience as a Sales Analyst or similar role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Power Query)
  • Experience with cost analysis and budget management, to be considered
  • Strong project management skills, to be considered
