Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and organized Assistant Housekeeping Manager to join our team on board a cruise ship. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising the housekeeping team, maintaining high hygiene standards, and ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate the housekeeping team.

  • Ensure compliance with cleanliness and hygiene protocols.

  • Train and guide housekeeping staff.

  • Manage housekeeping supplies and equipment.

  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance the guest experience.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role in a hotel or cruise ship.

  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills.

  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.

  • Proficiency in English.
